    Today I noticed a strange problem when trying to authenticate with GMail in Thunderbird and also GTalk in Adium. I was prompted to type in my password over and over again, as if I had made a mistake or was trying to enter an incorrect password. I went directly to gmail.com and verified that I was indeed entering in my correct password. After some research, it seems that there is a Captcha Unlock tool that magically fixes this. continue reading »

  • Apple Mac – Internet Sharing

    After hearing that the new Arduino Uno series of boards have been released, I decided to start writing more code for my Duemilanove. I have an ethernet "shield" which enables the arduino to communicate with either a local server, or the internet. The ethernet shield is connected to my Mac via an ethernet cable, however I couldn't get it online because of a problem with the Mac "Internet Sharing" setup. continue reading »
